Meet J. Todd Swann, CCIM

 

Todd Swann's family has been a DeLand business institution since his grandfather first established Todd's Grocery & Ice in 1932. Todd has continued his family's diligent business acumen through his own career as a Realtor, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and owner of Swann & Associates since 1987.

Todd grew up working in his family's store while attending Stetson University's School of Music. While still enrolled as an undergraduate, Todd obtained his real estate license and sold his first piece of commercial property in 1978 at the age of 20.

A member of the West Volusia Association of REALTORS  since 1978,Todd has served as Secretary and Treasurer of the organization. He is also a choir director for The Christian Church at DeLeon Springs and has served on the Blue Lake Elementary School Advisory Council for many years. Todd is also associated with the DeLand High School Band Parents Association.
